• Coordination of all reception details such as grand entrance, first dance, toasts, cake, cutting, grand exit, etc.
• Coordination of ceremony and rehearsal (Bride, Groom, Bridal Party, and Family)
• Decorating tables and space for reception.
• Planning meetings to review decoration details, venue set up, timeline, details on vendor arrival and departure times.
• Sample timeline to help create hourly wedding day timeline and shared with vendors.
• Tear down and boxing up of decorations, gifts, extra food/desserts.
