• Coordination of all details such as decorating tables and space, planning meetings to review decoration details, venue set up, timeline, details on vendor arrival and departure times. 
• Sample timeline to help create hourly event day timeline and shared with vendors.
• Tear down and boxing up of decorations, gifts, extra food/desserts.
